Human Right Watch writes open letter to President Paul Biya of Cameroon


The human right watch in the letter calls on President Paul Biya of Cameroon - to immediately condemn the action of those sending death threats to two Lawyers Alice Nkom and Michel ToguĂ© against an appeal made by the lawyers, to defend a gay man sentenced for text messages he sent to another man that read 'I’m very much in love with you’.
Paul Biya of Cameroon ones said ‘minds are changing’ in Cameroon regarding homosexuality,
but  the government should take the lead by sending consistent messages that homophobic threats and violence are reprehensible,.
