As from January 1(2012), there will be no more sales of used underwear in Rwanda. The Rwanda Bureau of standards (RBS) told dealers of used clothing that they will not be able to sell used underwears in Rwanda.

i know wearing used clothing is not hygienic but we should also think of the poor who cannot afford brand new items
