FARTING BANNED FOR US SOLDIERS IN AFGHANISTAN

US MARINES: NO MORE FARTING IN AFGHANISTAN


US Marines have been told to stop farting audibly because this offends the people of Afghanistan.


I guess they are all going to need valves to seal their pipes or when next they feel "it" coming, they should wait until they are in privacy. 


I think this is pushing it too far as these soldiers are also restricted from other things such as discussing politics, religion etc.


I think the officials are scared the afghans might mistake a fart for a bomb. Lets be honest they do sound alike!
